About Lucy

Lucy began her training at International Ballet Academy in Cary, NC, where she developed a strong background in classical ballet. Through summer intensives with Alonzo King LINES Ballet and Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, Lucy found a passion for contemporary and modern-based movement. Looking to further her education in dance, Lucy graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors from Point Park University. Additionally, Lucy has studied at American Dance Festival and worked in professional workshop settings with companies such as Robert Moses’ Kin and Spectrum Dance Theater. Lucy currently lives in Chicago, where she has performed with South Chicago Dance Theatre, Cerqua Rivera Dance Theatre, and several freelance projects. In her short career, Lucy has been fortunate to work with choreographers such as Alice Klock, Katlin Bourgeois, Monique Haley, and Noelle Kayser. When she isn't dancing, Lucy enjoys hiking, traveling, working out, and hanging out with her cats.
